One of our vendors from the Kamm's Corners Farmers Market, Hickory Acres, is a supplier for such things. Here is the info from Bettie wiht Hickory Acres:

Does anyone know of any local places to buy bulk quanitys of dried goods.. like beans, flour, grains, ect.?

Does anyone know where I can get local root vegetables at a market? I expected to see lots of them at the Shaker market and there were only potatoes and onions (the day that I was there)... Nothing against potatoes and onions, of course... Any ideas?

A handful of vendors from the Kamm's Corners Farmers Market informally set up the first and third Sundays of the month for the remainder of the winter. they are there from 11-1. You can get local organic meat and eggs, coffee, jelly, honey, and olive oil.

One of the few places to get local farm products this time of year is the inside North Union Farmers Market at Shaker Square, located between the CVS and Dewey's. Saturday mornings from 9 to noon you can meet local farmers selling mushrooms, meats, dairy, lettuce, honey, potatoes, apples and much more from Northeast Ohio farms.
