Join the Ohio City Community Food Incubator tomorrow evening for a first taste of local food projects taking off in 2012. We will be giving a quick presentation on the Community Food Incubator, we can't wait to share our progress! Registration is required.

Local food in Cleveland means preserved food during the winter.   Let's also promote more canning classes for individuals too, and even wine making which is a way of preserving fruit.
