Hello all!
I am getting ready to turn in the licensing paperwork to premier the hit documentary "Mad City Chickens" here in Lakewood! I am looking for an appropriate venue. So far the Library may be a good choice, anyone have any more ideas?
It documents Madison, Wi successful bid to change their ordinance and allow hens in the city.

I think a movie like this will go a long way towards helping people understand why we want chickens and be okay with hens living in the city.

Hi Pete, I'm ready when everyone else is. We have a good # of people and buisnesses on board, we have our chicken facts together. I think it's time to move forward. I am hoping that people have been writing letters to council members as it will be really great to have a little support on the board. I am free in the afternoons for a meeting. So, let me know!

Just had a conversation with one of the LEAF members who had some great ideas and is going to join the group. She's got some background knowledge and contacts that are very helpful. She should be joining the group soon.
