Earth Day Coalition's 14th Annual Instrumental Evening for the Earth at Westshore Unitarian Universalist Church

I am the Special Events and Marketing Coordinator for the Earth Day Coalition. I am currently working on our annual fall benefit, The Instrumental Evening for the Earth. The evening is catered by Cleveland restaurants that promote local and organic foods as well as sustainable practices.
What gifts can you give to Cleveland's local food community?
An ability to market the importance of eating locally
What knowledge and practices do you want to learn?
I would like to learn about container gardening.
What about local food makes you most excited?
That I am getting food that is generally better for myself and less environmental degredation
