I'm a community artist, filmmaker, and local fooder.
While I brine some local wild salmon to smoke, trying to encourage more fun screenings of a film called Eating Alaska (www.eatingalaska.com). Folks are having local panels and potlucks and sustainability fairs from Nome to Kentucky using this low budget doc about a vegetarian on the search for the "right" thing to eat on the Alaskan frontier.
