- Tell us about yourself:
- I spent the summer of 2006 working and living on an organic vegetable farm in Maine. I brought my enthusiasm for local agriculture and business back to Cleveland, my hometown, and while a tiny apartment isn't conducive to fresh crops, I can contribute to the scene with my animal-free bakery!
- What gifts can you give to Cleveland's local food community?
- vegan baked goods!
- What knowledge and practices do you want to learn?
- I'd really like to learn by doing- so if people need a baker or a farmhand this summer, let me know.
