I will be working with our farm staff and Nature's Bin to prepare for avaible fresh local produce that we can produce that early in the season. While we are flattered to be asked to provide our crops, I would like to coordinate with you and some other local farmers to share the spotlight with them. Let's talk. I will need to organize carefully with Nature's Bin, and make sure that CSU gets good value and service; but this would be a good opportunity to give some other farmers some exposure at this event. I would like to work with Nature's Bin to acknowledge the farm where each of the ingredients in each recipe comes from.
I am thinking we might get a half dozen farmers invovled. We are not trying to make money on this event and I don't think other farmers could expect to make a big profit; but it would be a good marketing opportunity.
Let me know what you think. I can be reached at 216 310-9843.
