Great news to share!  On June 7th, ClevelandCity Council introduced two pieces of legislation: (1) to include Agricultural Uses in residential districts and (2) an Urban Agricultural Overlay District for larger parcels or contiguous parcels of land inthe City of Cleveland.Today, this legislation passed the PlanningCommission and will move forward to Administrative Review and Committee hearings.
