- The freshness and the authenticity...if I drive 30 minutes in any direction, I can get homemade Polish pierogi, German sausages, freshly roasted Chinese duck, melt-in-your-mouth Hungarian strudel, fresh Mexican enchiladas, slow-cooked Southern barbeque, and a thousand other tasty treats!
