I've been involved with food my whole life, but have been cooking for only 9 years of it. My culinary journey has led me to become addicted to mexican cuisine and the passion of their flavors. My italian heritage is my inspiration behind my line of rustic style tomato sauces for sale locally here in the greater Cleveland area.

The changing of the seasons, and the variety each season brings.
