owner of both Lucy's Sweet Surender bakery and Cafe Marika. i have been a chef for 28 years. i am married to my business partner Marika.
What gifts can you give to Cleveland's local food community?
we support local sustainable food through North Union Farmers mkt. and we have one of the oldest small bakeries in Cleveland. We still operate on Historic Buckeye rd. ands produce high quality baked goods.
What about local food makes you most excited?
the diversity of small independent busineses still working against the raging machine of corporate marketers.
